• Costs to run a Tuckshop

    In the Tuckshop there are fixed costs. These do not change regardless of the amount of food sold through the tuck shop, and include
  • Staffing costs;
  • Utility costs (power, gas, water, waste-water etc.).

    We have estimated these costs and determined that on any given school day a Tuckshop is likely to incur costs which can be calculated. Below is an example of a typical Tuckshop:
